Print your
Certificate

  • Ages 12 – 15: Print your permanent Motorized Snow Vehicle Operators Licence (MSVOL).
  • Ages 16 and over: Print your Certificate of Completion. OFSC will review your certificate and if appliable will automatically mail your MSVOL.
    • If you possess a valid or suspended Ontario Driver's Licence, or a learner’s permit, a MSVOL will NOT be issued.
  • Your MSVOL is good for life or until you obtain learner’s permit or an Ontario Driver's Licence.
